Good location, the Passeig de Gracia station is round a block away, easy to get to, we a 10 time transport ticket is good enough for our 3 days in Bracelona Large room, good security which I think this is very important, we have companion coming at 4 am for a early day out together, the front desk lady did record identity document of my friends One part we don't like is water goes too slow on the sink, it's a bit disgusting

Great location, excellent service.

The location is good. It convenient and surrounded by many food outlets and shopping. But the hotel facilities are quite bad. The air conditioning was leaking and there was water dripping the whole night. I need to call a few times the front desk to get it fixed. It was only fixed after two days. The breakfast was good with a wide range of spread. The front desk was friendly though. On an overall basis, still a good experience.

The location is excellent, but the cleanliness is so-so, especially the towels; there were small flying insects on the bed the whole time. It was strange that they didn't provide complimentary water for two days of my stay.

The location is excellent, with a subway station right at the intersection. The receptionist was very friendly; when I arrived late at night, she immediately came to greet me at the hotel entrance and helped me with my luggage to the lobby. The room provided a bottle of sparkling water and a complimentary drink, which I could enjoy at the hotel bar at any time. However, there was one drawback: the bathroom design was poor. I often wet the floor while showering, and since there was no drain, the bathroom floor was completely soaked after each shower, which was very inconvenient. However, the staff did dry the bathroom every day when cleaning the room.

The staff is so friendly! The location is great, making it easy to get to Casa Mila and Casa Batlló, and the subway station is nearby. However, the Wi-Fi connection is unstable, making it inconvenient to use. It would also be nice to have a feature that allows you to connect your TV and mobile device. :)

The stairs at the hotel entrance were too difficult to carry luggage up. The staff didn't help. The hotel's location is perfect for shopping! Breakfast was average. There's a nearby cafe and bakery open early in the morning.👍

The subway was close by and it was easy to access. I entered from a main street, but I didn't feel unsafe. There are many 24-hour supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel's Wi-Fi was good. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and clean. There were many outlets, and the shower had good water pressure, so hot water came out quickly. However, there seemed to be few amenities. The hair dryer could not be used continuously, and it stopped when it got too hot.

The hotel is in a good location. It's also very convenient to get out of the airport. Just because I only stayed for one night, I didn’t experience it too seriously. It was very late when we arrived, and the overall feeling was quite satisfactory, not amazing.
