The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location. Fantastic restaurants close by. The highlight was the breakfast. Amazing food and so many options. I’d stay again just for the breakfast 😊

I was disappointed with the service at the front desk. During check-in, the staff’s attitude towards me and my elderly mother felt dismissive and unwelcoming. We couldn’t help but feel that we were being treated differently especially from the young lady named started with Lxxxx as I couldn’t fully recalled. I travelled to Europe for a few times and this was my first encounter of feeling such bad experience and totally spoilt my entire mood of my travel journey of the day. That said, the hotel’s cleanliness and amenities were excellent. The room was well-maintained and facilities were very good. I hope management can address the service standards at the front desk, as it does not reflect the otherwise high quality of the hotel

The staff were polite and always ready to help, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. The location is great, with easy access to transport and the main attractions. Everything worked perfectly, and we didn't face any issues at all. Overall, it was a relaxing experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

The room was too old but the reception behaviour was great.
