Barceló Sants

The location is extremely convenient, with excellent public transport links. The hotel's hygiene and cleanliness are top-notch. Both the front desk staff and the cleaning staff were very polite and helpful.

I had a flight back from the airport two nights later, so I was looking for a hotel conveniently located between the city center and the airport to minimize travel after checking out and leaving my luggage. This hotel is situated right above Barcelona Sants Station. As you walk around, you'll find an entrance that looks like it belongs to the hotel. After taking the elevator up, you can check in. The hotel strongly embodies a business hotel concept with a space theme. The lobby offers water, wine, and a few snacks. It also features a gym, a bar, and meeting spaces. The room has a separate toilet and shower, with a sink located just outside. It's not overly spacious, but it's perfectly adequate for two people. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel. Since it's above the station, I grabbed some McDonald's for breakfast inside the station.

Staying at Barceló Sants was an incredibly convenient and unique experience! The hotel is located directly above Sants train station, making it super easy to catch the AVE high-speed train or head to the airport. It's an absolutely perfect location for independent travelers. The entire hotel features a cool, 'spaceship pod' sci-fi theme, giving it a futuristic and distinctive vibe. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-lit, with surprisingly excellent soundproofing – you can't hear any station noise at all. The staff were professional and efficient. It's an ideal choice whether you're transiting through Barcelona or visiting for sightseeing!

The location is super convenient, right above the station, with both MRT and train downstairs! The lobby service is very friendly, and they almost always prepare ice water and champagne every day, which is great for a cool drink when you return to the hotel in the summer. The only downside is that the air conditioning in the room wasn't cold enough, but otherwise, there's nothing to complain about.

This was the best accommodation we stayed at during our month-long backpacking trip through Europe with our kids. We were on the 5th floor, and we could see a small glimpse of the Sagrada Familia in the far distance – just a tiny bit of the spires (FYI). I really liked the scent of the amenities. It wasn't that typical musky scent, which was a pleasant change (unlike Paris, London, and other places where they all seemed to have similar smells). It was a slight shame that there were no vegetables at breakfast, but the hotel's concept was decorated like a spaceship, making us feel like we were on a space journey! My kids even ranked it as their favorite place to stay. It's right next to the station, literally a 1-minute walk. It's easy to get around by metro, and there's a street with Asian food options and a lake park nearby. Laundry isn't self-service; if you need it, you request it, and they take your clothes, wash them, and bring them back.

The location right above Barcelona Station was great, but it was a bit difficult to find at first because the directions weren't clear. It's a station, so it was a bit chaotic trying to find it in the bustling crowd. The space concept is cute, and there's water and wine available in front of the reception.

The room was very spacious, and considering the price was on the higher side, it was exceptionally well-kept. It's right outside the train station, yet surprisingly quiet.

The location is fantastic, right next to the largest train station (Santa Justa), so it's super convenient for arrivals and departures, taking only about a minute. The decor is very new, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. They offer 3 complimentary bottles of mineral water per day, and there are free drinks available in the public areas during the day. I highly, highly recommend it for transit stays or for exploring the city of Barcelona.
