We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were so polite, everything was so clean and I believe more people should know about this hotel. It’s wonderful for the price! Although noisy at night, staff did offer ear plugs if required. I’d highly recommend and if we come back to Barcelona, we will be staying here. Thanks for having us:))

The hotel's central location is a big plus. However, the surrounding streets unfortunately feel a bit run-down and sometimes unpleasant. Another issue was that the hotel was closed in the evenings. One time, we had to wait outside on the street for about 5-10 minutes until the receptionist opened the door. There were also minor difficulties with room service: The cleaning staff refused to make the beds because personal items were on them. On the positive side, the towels were changed daily. Breakfast starts at 7 AM, but by 8 AM, many items were already cold. Additionally, there was a discrepancy with the tourist tax: The price quoted online was €66, but we ended up paying a total of €92 on-site for 3 people and 4 nights. Overall, it's a mixed impression – good location, but several organizational and quality aspects could be improved.

Good location but a hotel manager was so rude

Had a lovely stay in this place, very clean and tidy room. Service was very pleasant and friendly. It is suitable for all travellers. Everything is easily accessible from this location. Camp nou is just 25 min travel if we travel in car or else it is easily accessible through public transportation.

Rude, Unprofessional, and Disrespectful – Avoid This Hotel I’ve never experienced such disrespectful and unprofessional treatment from a hotel — especially not from someone in management. After politely requesting to shift our booking dates (not cancel), we were given inconsistent responses from three different staff, all unwilling to help. We were more than willing to pay the difference. The worst part? The hotel manager, Mercedes Alcaraz, responded in Spanish — when all communication had been in English — and started with: “Vaya super mail.” (“Wow, what a super email.”) Then she sarcastically implied that since we had already paid a lot, adding another night shouldn’t be a problem for our "budget." This reply was rude, dismissive, and frankly, ******. Her tone showed zero respect for us as guests. Also — the room had bed bugs, which my colleague had to kill himself after a long day. This hotel failed in basic hospitality, communication, and cleanliness. If this is the quality of their management, I don’t trust anything else about this place. Do not stay here.

Pros: 1. Excellent staff, positive people 2. Check-in possible before 3:00 PM, subject to room availability 3. Large room and king-size bed, terrace 4. Excellent bathroom, good water pressure, disposable toothbrushes, shower kits 5. Central location, close to all attractions, metro nearby, cafes and shops, delivery service within 10 minutes Cons: 1. Deposit 150 euros (but it was returned without any problems or room inspections) 2. Flies on the terrace (lots of them) 3. No refrigerator in the room 4. Water leaks from the shower door onto the floor, needs to be wiped down 5. The area is a bit dangerous, with a lot of troubled people, making it scary and unpleasant to be outside in the evenings I wouldn't stay at this hotel again just because of the location, but the hotel itself is wonderful and magnificent. It's a shame it's in a ghetto.

The staff were friendly, and the location is close to the city center. I especially liked the small restaurant on the basement level; it had free coffee, was very clean, and quiet at night.

The hotel is conveniently located, the surrounding environment is average, there are no paper towels or bottled water, and slippers are only given upon asking. The internal environment of the hotel is good, the elevator is very small, and toiletries are provided.

バルセロナに1人で到着してドキドキしている私を優しく迎えてくれました。本当に心が温まる接客に感謝しています。部屋も1人にしては十分な広さで清潔感もありとても満足でした。 また、ロッカーに荷物を預ける時にユーロを持っていなかった私にフロントの方がユーロをくれました。 本当に助かりました。ありがとうございます。 またバルセロナの旅に来る時は泊らせていただきたいです。
