Very nice hotel located at the heart of barcelona. Very close to metro station just 2 minute walk. Highly recommended for a night or two.

They keep trying to charge different amounts to the card they asked for upon arrival. The hotel stay was already paid for, and a few days after we left, they're still trying to charge significant amounts to the card, which we are having to cancel. This has never happened to us before; we are now going to report it to the police.

Dont book this place. They gave us a private room that was painted the day before. When we walked in the smell of paint was really strong and we had to queue at the front desk for 1 hour to get a room switch. They freshly painted all private rooms with double bed, so we had to downgrade to a room with single bed/bunk bed. There was no refund or any sort of compensation. (Front desk promised free breakfast but never got back to us, and breakfast was so bad everything was packed food).

This is the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. I booked a private room for 4 people, but there was no hot water in the shower. On the first day, I took a shower in another room. The staff said it would be fixed tomorrow, but it was still not fixed the next day! There is no solution, no room change or compensation! All of this is unacceptable to me! It's really terrible! Totally not recommended for stay! Great location! Everything else sucks

The location is very good in the Gothic Quarter. It's about a 14-minute walk to the bus terminal (A1) for the airport. There are many shops around. There are tourists wandering around until late at night, so it doesn't feel dangerous. However, 8 beds are crammed into a small room, and there is almost no space to open suitcases. In an 8-person room, it is difficult to open one suitcase. You will have to cooperate with others to temporarily secure space. It is very narrow. There is one toilet and one shower in the 8-person room. There is one shared toilet (separate for men and women) at one time. The price is cheap, so it is good for just sleeping.
