The reception isn't open 24 hours, as they informed me in a message. They asked what time we'd arrive, but no one was there to meet us at the appointed time. There are no reception hours anywhere, only a phone number, which we were told would be answered within an hour. An hour passed, and still no one showed up. They called again and said they'd misinformed us last time and that reception would open in another hour. So, we ended up waiting there for two hours with our luggage. They also asked for a €350 deposit, which was also not mentioned anywhere, and payment was only possible by card. On the last day before checkout, a pipe in the kitchen leaked, which we immediately reported, but no one ever came. Fortunately, they sorted it out themselves and turned off the water. Overall, the service leaves much to be desired... Otherwise, the rooms are okay, except for the showers, which have only a curtain and water running throughout the bathroom.

It's very big. It's strange that it has four cement walls but poor sound insulation. Things that should be changed every day, such as toilet paper and towels, were not changed for us. We stayed for 4 days. We had to go to the supermarket to buy toilet paper ourselves.
