My wife and I along with another couple stayed here for one night following a cruise. Due to the America’s Cup race everything else was either already full or greatly over-priced. We selected this mainly because there was a two bedroom unit available. One bedroom had a queen bed and the other had two twins. Not optimal for couples, but we knew this when we booked. The unit we rented has a nicely equipped small kitchen with a two burner electric cooktop, apartment size fridge, dishwasher and coffeemaker. I don’t recall if there was a microwave. There were dishes and utensils for at least four people. In addition there was a clothes washer. I didn’t notice a dryer but we didn’t plan to do laundry anyway. The living area had a TV, comfortable couch and a table with four chairs. The entire unit was very clean. The apartments are accessed via a narrow stairway and a one-person lift. Probably not well suited for someone with mobility issues. I really enjoyed the neighborhood. It was a mix of residential and small business. There are several small restaurants with outdoor seating within easy walking distance. There are also a few markets and a pharmacy close by. A metro stop is just around the corner. Other things to do in the area include a bullfighting arena that has been converted into a shopping, dining and entertainment facility. We enjoyed a sunset dinner in one of the rooftop restaurants.
