Worst experience in a hotel. There was a drain smell in our room. They did not allow us to change room and when I asked for some refund they told me the smell came from our shoes! 10 euros was refunded for a stay of 3 nights, not even the price of a breakfast for one person. Terrible customer service. The rooms are dated and offer no privacy from the bathroom

Great experience. Subway real near. Taxi to cruise port also flag down from doorportstep. Feel real safe. I learn my lesson that i don't have to stay in town as I had made a mistake my 1st time in Barcelona. Protest downstairs I didn't even dare to go down for dinner.
