Services and amenities are not good. Location is good. Food quality are good but tea quality are not good.

Tv recharge end as tv run, ac duct looks terrible, wash room flush not working and nothing in washroom except local shop, breakfast finished at 9am

Cleaning issue mosquitoes and cockroach are moving in the room. No brush, toothpaste soap. Room and hotel not exactly which is shown on make my trip booking app. It's totally different. I was request to make my trip by phone for partial cancellation but not given sufficient reply. Overall bad experience with make my trip.

I was in usa when i booked hotel mansarovar, bareilly. Mr. Rajendra prasad made the hotel stay personable with homely caring in a very clean and well managed hotel. The environment was very friendly and comfortable in a good area. Price was reasonable and service was excellent. Highly recommended.

The moment i reached, i had a feeling that i have made a wrong choice. Receptionist was very rude and unprofessional however other staffs were good. The receptionist out-rightly rejected that i had a room booked in my name however he later acknowledged after checking bookings. But he made me wait for half an hour before i could have checked in - he took half hour to verify whether i had already paid for the room. Room-pathetic. Washroom was dirty. Instead of microfiber wrapped with a white cover quilt, i have been offered a blanket that too without cover. Breakfast was pathetic, one would not even smell, forget tasting. Ac was not cooling. Last - they out-rightly rejected my request for a gst invoice however they later gave me the one. So, overall, really bad.

The toilet bowl was dirty. Water from taps were black and very dirty at all times during our stay. Flush leaking. Lift not working. Rooms were okay. Staff cooperative but the whole sanitation was in a mess.
