A very comfortable 1 night stay with my partner. Great food, lovely staff and wonderful company. Room was slightly dated but for the price paid we were extremely happy. Looking to return in the summer time!

The annexe was a good sized room but not really disabled friendly due to the lack of a bath.The existing shower needed attention to the presence of black mould on the tray sealant and the floor covering was lifting around the shower tray.

The restaurant and bar are good, but the window in room 17 it is broken, the storm felt as if it was in the bedroom, so noisy and cold and crafty, the pillows need replacing and the remote control for the TV had no cover. Breakfast was quite nice But no option for toast and no mushrooms. Also the fire alarm sounded twice between 4.30am and 5am, woke everyone up.

I was visiting the area for the Burnley vs Luton Town football match so I was only looking for a one night stay.
The Hotel was in a perfect location for me.
There was a well lit large car park to the side of the hotel.
I really liked the hotel staff, they were very helpful and friendly.
The room was nice and the bed lovely and comfortable.
The bar and restaurant areas were first class and the breakfast was fantastic.
Very economical price (including the breakfast).
I would thoroughly recommend.
