Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod

Rooms are nice, water park is good, arcade was fun. Restaurant was horrible. Very under staffed, waited for 20 mins for our drinks, which was water with lemon and then another 40 mins for our food which came out cold. And loud, it's so loud. We have an autistic son and we asked several hotel workers for help. Can we sit away from the live music...no. Instead they seated us directly in the middle of the whole restaurant. They could've had more activities for families since it's the winter. We tried it and it's not our cup of tea.

I don’t usually complain, but this stay was a bit crazy. The staff was very nice, and we really enjoyed the LandShark restaurant. The nightly entertainment and s’mores were a fun touch. I had upgraded my room prior to arrival, and unfortunately it ended up being a letdown. The TV stopped working on our second night, and we called a few times for someone to come fix it. No one ever came, and by the time they finally offered to move us to another upgraded room on the same floor, it was already 8:30 at night and we were leaving the next morning. Packing everything up just to switch rooms at that point didn’t make sense. The in‑room coffee maker also broke on our last day. On top of that, there were pencil marks on the end of the bed and stickers inside the closet door — small things, but not what you expect after paying for an upgrade. The outdoor pool was closed due to cold temps, which I understood, but the outdoor hot tub was also closed. The only way to use a pool or hot tub was by buying waterpark tickets on top of the room rate. At that point, I could have stayed at a similar hotel nearby with an indoor pool and hot tub included, plus breakfast. They did remove the upgrade charge that night, and I’m just waiting to see it credited back. The staff and restaurant were great, but overall the experience didn’t match the price or the upgrade I paid for.

i loved my room .. nd water park was awesome.. they dont have breakfast buffet during weekdays.. other than that amazing property

Hotel was clean and well decorated. Room had Keurig with coffee and tea pods as well as needed condiments for such. Bath items like a robe, shampoo, soap, moisturizer are provided along with plenty of fresh towels. Child enjoyed the splash pad and lazy river. A tad busy right after school, less crowded after dinner time. The arcade had plenty of games, prize machine was limited for larger ticket amount but run by Ryan Amusements and cards are interchangeable at various places. Restaurants on site and also fairly decent, better than I had expected actually. Overall a nice stay with my son and would return with him again.

Walls are thin and some guests were disrespectful at night letting kids run up and down hall late at night

Staff at check-in, staff at restaurants and maids were all very friendly and accommodating
