The hotel was 10/10, everything was perfect except that that day there was an event and the people from the event had the entire parking lot occupied and I had to leave the car next to the hotel in a vacant lot. The rest was all good, the breakfast service, the food was very delicious and the hotel staff was very attentive. Oh, also the shower water in the room on the second day was too hot, the water was too hot to bathe properly. Otherwise, everything was spectacular. I would go back, highly recommended.

The hotel is very well located. It has spectacular restaurants nearby. The staff is pleasant and very attentive. The gym equipment is very old, except for the bike and elliptical. The rooms (at least the one I had) had no ventilation whatsoever. And the bathroom pipes smelled very bad, which made the room always smell bad. Dampness was also noticeable in the rooms. But I imagine it's because it's been there for a long time and they need a little renovation. The rest was great. I will definitely stay here again, especially because of the location 🔝🔝

房間附近很安靜，也很安全，頂樓的風景也很好，很適合稍微下去遊一下泳，或者衹是看看風景吹吹風，很值得推薦的酒店。

Horrible intenté ponerme en contacto con el alojamiento porque la aerolínea canceló mi vuelo dejándome sin opciones y por teléfono fue imposible, intenté dialogar para que me ayudaran a cancelar y me me rechazaban la solicitud desde la app, envié las pruebas y nadie me ayudó. La verdad tenía pensado rodar mi estancia pero teniendo en cuenta esto nunca más vuelvo a reservar en este hotel. Perdí el dinero y no me hospedé.

Es un buen hotel, la relacion costo servicio debería incluir el desayuno. Es lo único negativo

Solicité habitacion con 2 camas y no me dieron dos camas!! Lo puse bien claro en observaciones!!
