Great rooms , great breakfast. Staff is always friendly, we have stayed multiple times and it’s always top.

The room was beautiful, the breakfast was good, the only thing was laundry service, but is understandable since it was late on a Sunday night, and therefore they couldn’t do my laundry.

The shower had water so hot I had to turn it down. And the water pressure was amazing. This was the best shower I have ever used in Colombia. The bed was comfortable. The gym was tiny but met my needs with a treadmill, elliptical, some dumbells (10kg and less), a couple of light kettlebells, and a good AC unit. Breakfast was really good with a machine to make lattes & cappuccinos. My only complaint was that wasn't a mini fridge to keep our water bottles cool, but the free ice maker in the lobby made up for it.

Great affordable place, there is a room to improve breakfast options as it qas very limited.

Spotless - the staff was amazing ! The front desk clerks were friendly and so accommodating

Great location and practical hotel room with good space; I think if they cool down the aisles outside the room, this will improve a lot the stay for the guests..

Clean Room / Staff was great / I just a little bit of malfunction with the elevator, but other than that the stay was great.

At first the a/c dis not work and then we had to change rooms. Also, had problems with the internet the whole time I was working there that made things impossible to work properly. Will not stay there again if it would be for work.
