Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations, especially considering the price paid. Upon arrival, I found several curly hairs on one of the towels provided. This was particularly unpleasant and raised concerns about hygiene and housekeeping standards, as it appeared the towel had either not been properly cleaned or had come into contact with someone else’s hair before being given to me. The advertised “view” was simply another building directly opposite the room, with a clear view into other people’s rooms and vice versa. As a result, I had to keep the curtains closed throughout my stay for privacy, which meant I could not enjoy any natural light or any view at all. There was also no iron available in the room, which was inconvenient. In addition, both the check in and check out experiences were disappointing. The staff at the front desk were unfriendly and did not make me feel welcome. Overall, the cleanliness, service and facilities fell well below what I would expect, particularly for the price charged. Finding curly hair on a supposedly clean towel, combined with the lack of privacy and poor customer service, left me disappointed with the overall experience.

One day did not make up the room. They said refill the minibar every day and did not until I call also you need to ask twice for the service and safety box is broken.

The hotel has very nice infrastructure. I liked it a lot. however the service can be improved, for example , room cleaning service can be better scheduled. I had one morning to clean lady just almost straight walk after she knocked on the door. She just assumed no one is in the room. and on the other day the cleaning lady came after 4 pm which I already arrived back in my room and I have guest, I cannot have her service that day. Another thing bothers me is there is no second lock inside the door. There was a stranger knocking on my door and I was terrified. but I couldn’t lock my door. and later it turns out he knocked on the wrong door and he went into another room. but the fact that I have no second lock really bothered me.

Came for Art Basel Basel. Super conveniently situated next door to the fair ground. Service and room is pretty ordinary you wouldn’t really come here unless absolutely necessary.

The room is basic but it has everything needed for the short stay. Location is next to Messeplatz .

Good location high floor and nice view from the room room is spacious enough. I like the free access to Business lounge (for certain room types) which provide some food for dinner.
