B&B Hotel Basel Reviews

The room was super clean, and the front desk staff spoke several languages fluently and were incredibly warm and welcoming. They even gave us a city map guide and a BaselCard. Their service was truly attentive and thoughtful!

Good for transit , but quite small with someone with big luggage and no watter katle and free coffee in room

Room: Size is just okay. It gets cramped quickly if you have a large suitcase. Only basic amenities are provided. Service: Staff is respectful but does the bare minimum. Don't expect them to go the extra mile. Privacy: I was quite taken aback when room service knocked twice and let themselves in without waiting for an answer.

Had a wonderful stay at B&B HOTEL Basel! The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the check-in process was smooth. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and the city centre. The rooms were cozy and quiet, perfect for resting after a long day of travelling around Switzerland. We especially appreciated the cleanliness and the comfortable beds. Great value for money in Basel. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Basel!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was also perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommended!

We had a very pleasant stay at this family-friendly hotel with a well-organized atmosphere and exceptionally kind staff. The hotel fully met our expectations. The tram stop right in front of the hotel made transportation extremely convenient, and its location was also very close to the city center. Thank you for the two wonderful days. If we visit Basel again, this hotel will definitely be our first choice.

Great breakfast, Clean apartment, Wonderful staffs Nice location Everything was good. I strongly recommend the property.

Great, comfortable and nice view. Although the placebis not so convenient, but the environment is very good

Overall, we had a good stay at B&B HOTEL Basel. The room was small, but it was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. The location is very convenient. The hotel is right next to a tram stop, so it is easy to get to downtown Basel, Basel SBB, and other parts of Basel-Landschaft. Once you are settled in, it is also possible to walk to many places, but when first arriving with luggage, taking the tram from Basel SBB is definitely the easiest option. The staff member who welcomed us at night was especially friendly and helpful. This was our first time staying in the B&B HOTEL system, and he took the time to explain how everything worked and quickly provided us with the BaselCard. We ended up staying at other B&B HOTEL locations later in the trip, so that introduction was very useful. The only negative part of the stay was one staff member who seemed visibly annoyed when we needed help using some of the hotel amenities and rolled his eyes, which made the interaction feel unnecessarily uncomfortable. Aside from that experience, the hotel was practical, clean, well connected by public transportation, and a good base for exploring Basel.

The room has an excellent location with convenient transportation nearby. It's also very clean, and the staff provides great service. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next business trip.

Nice room with the city view .. and best value

Great location

The room is quiet despite its proximity to the trains and busy road. The hotel parking is not free and the parking lot isn’t easy to find. Maybe the hotel staff should provide more clear instructions on getting to the parking entrance. The entrance is apart from the hotel.

The room a little bit small but quite clean and close to the transportation. Good room and price.
