The reception was very friendly and wont regret booking this place again . Alot more to renovate since its new but 10/1

It’s a new hotel/villa so the room is clean and have a god size bathroom. Smart tv but no fridge. The pool is a bit dirty with dust hair and insects all over it.

It's not bad for the rooms, but the location isn't the nearest to the city. But we love it cuz we have 8 pax and it is able to accommodate all of us together

The villa is new, and the view is beautiful. The swimming pool is also a nice feature and looks great. However, despite these positives, I would not recommend staying here due to several issues. The biggest disappointment was the dining hall, which has no air conditioning and fan. We were looking forward to gathering there as a group to enjoy our meals, but it was so hot that everyone was sweating, making it very uncomfortable. One of the bedrooms had an ant infestation. We informed the staff, and they came to spray the room. Unfortunately, the number of ants doubled afterward, so the problem was not resolved. Another inconvenience was that there was no refrigerator in the rooms. The only fridge was located at the reception. Every time we wanted to store or retrieve food, such as yogurt, we had to walk to the reception and wait for the staff to unlock it, which was very inconvenient. The rooms also had very few power outlets. Each room only had a single power socket, making it inconvenient for 2 guests to charge their phones and other devices at the same time. Although the villa has a beautiful setting, a nice swimming pool, and appears to be newly built, the lack of basic facilities and the maintenance issues made our stay disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this villa based on our experience.

Short & Sweet Had a lovely stay at Serenity Garden Villas in Batam! The villa was cosy, peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Beautiful surroundings, friendly service and a great escape from the hustle and bustle. Would definitely come back! ❤️

The villa is spacious and clean. Loved the private pool and the Balinese ambience. It would have been better if they could provide a mini fridge and a ceiling fan at the dining area. Coz it be a bit warm during lunchtime.

+ : The villa is beautiful with two spacious rooms and attached bathrooms. We also enjoyed the in-house pool. Big, and a lot of towels were provided too. Cooking facilities and utensils are available. Good location as it is near a convenient store and food outlet/stalls. Helpful and friendly staff - : There was no fridge, and additional bin bags were not provided. A few doors were a bit too tight. it's Overall, a pleasant stay for us.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The overall vibe of the place was very nice, and the private pool was definitely the biggest highlight, especially at night when the pool lights were on. It created such a relaxing and beautiful atmosphere. There are a few areas that could be improved, though. We noticed quite a lot of mosquitoes and lizards. Mosquito nets or devices could help with the situation. A fan in the main seating area would make the space more comfortable. The rooms could also benefit from a mini fridge, more power sockets, and better-maintained doors, as some of the room doors were damaged. There was also no room service provided during our stay. The location can be a little difficult to find as there is limited signage, so clearer directions would be helpful. We also requested an extra blanket and towel but were informed that there would be an additional charge. Another thing to note is the 1M security deposit, which was not clearly stated beforehand, so this would be better communicated to guests in advance. Overall, we really loved the chill atmosphere and private pool, which made the stay enjoyable. With some improvements to the facilities, maintenance and communication, this could be an even better stay.
