Heater spoil no hot water to shower！ Swimming pool water abit dirty dare not go down to swim. overall stil ok..

Value for money. Location is near Batam Centre Ferry Terminal. 5 min walk to the newest One Batam Mall, food and shopping and the latest cinema (no bottled drinks, including your own tumbler needs to be left outside.) Intermittent wifi, social media scrolling may be slightly interrupted. Laundry is just across the street. Unique Egyptian inspired theme external deco on the ground floor. Old and large hotel. The statues may give you the creeps, but I chose this hotel precisely because of its unique theme. (And I watched Lee Cronin's newest release - "The Mummy." I'm not one for horror movies but why not! YOLO! The negative side is clear pool water has a strange taste to the mouth when swimming. No comb, no breakfast, local channels only. Can be popular due to cheap rates and Labour Day holiday makers from Malaysia and Singapore.

Niche hotel with Persian designs...can be quite scary for timid travellers, but I feel fine staying there. There are pool tables, dart boards, swimming pool... All are free for patrons to use. Excellent location...a short walk to coffeeshops and shopping mall. No fridge in room though 😅

Nice stay here. Toilet clean. Space is large. The place itself really big and spacious. Really near at the center and easy access to any place. Aircond quite slow but can consider okay. The theme really unique and antique. Swimming pool so far okay and moderate. Customer service is really nice and good. Can keep our luggage also after early check-out in the morning. The hotel’s location is quite remote, which I was prepared for. From the outside, the building looks modern and well-designed, so my expectations were reasonably high. Unfortunately, the actual stay was very disappointing. The interior condition was far below what the exterior suggests. Most concerning was the room door — it would not close properly, and there was a visible gap that allowed people outside to see into the room. This raised serious privacy and security concerns, which is unacceptable for any hotel. Considering the price, it offers poor value. There are hotels closer to the town area that are more affordable and significantly better maintained. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again.
