Radisson Golf & Convention Center Batam

The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from the city center, located next to a golf course. It's a spacious property with beautiful scenery and a great environment. The pool is large, and the breakfast is abundant, making it a very family-friendly hotel. The staff are very welcoming, especially Nurul, who helped us a lot, and our children really liked her. We are very grateful for her warm service. We suggest the hotel maintain the table tennis and billiards facilities on the 10th floor. Also, air conditioning should be provided in the table tennis room even during off-peak hours, not just when there's a high occupancy on weekends.

The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and very comfortable. It's right next to the golf course, offering beautiful views. It was quiet at night, which made for a great sleep. The breakfast had a good variety, and the fresh fruit was delicious. For dinner, there were plenty of great food options to choose from when ordering à la carte.

The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from Batam Centre ferry terminal. It's a large property with excellent facilities, and the front desk staff are very friendly and proactive, confirming check-in times in advance. The rooms are also very spacious.

Thank you to the hotel for the wonderful 10th-anniversary setup! It was so thoughtful! The complimentary chocolate cake was absolutely delicious 🤤. This hotel is really great for families with babies 👍. There's a children's playground downstairs, and various forest animal decorations are integrated throughout the hotel environment. The hotel's breakfast buffet and dinner both offer excellent food quality and a wide selection! We happened to be there during Hari Raya, and they even sent cake to our room – how lovely! Plus, there's a Starbucks right downstairs!
