the room is relatively clean, breakfast is just okay, I loved their gym facilities even though it was shared with outside guests. The price is affordable

The hotel location is easy accessible to many places. The service staff are friendly and helpful. However, the hotel room is quite bad though it is cheap. Please think again when price are cheap. The room is humid as the aircon is installed in wrong direction blowing toward the entrance door. I stayed for 3 days 2 nights only and I need to call for service for both days of my stay. It's either the shower door not functioning well or toilet bowl can't flush smoothly as it get clogged easily. The walkway to the room have no aircon at ALL. Breakfast not much variety as well. Unpleasant experience overall.

Had a pleasant stay at Grand TW Hotel Batam. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were good, but it would be even better if the TVs were upgraded to smart/digital TVs so guests could use apps like YouTube and Netflix. Also, the hotel name on the Grab app still shows the old hotel name, which may confuse guests. Overall, a good and comfortable stay.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel room are clean and neat. Each room comes with 2pax of complimentary Breakfast and cant complaint much about it. Overall its worthy and will definitely come here again. Recommended

Rebranded recently. Previously Sahid Batam Center Hotel and Convention Centre. Still the same 4 star 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 service and facilities. I especially love the privacy and separate entrance and lift 🛗 for Tower A rooms, where they do have one floor of smoking 🚬 rooms on Lantai 5. Breakfast is sometimes very good. Can eat by the pool. Above all though, highly recommend for top quality service, facilities and hard working housekeeping staff.

My family and I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Nothing much to complaint about. Buffet breakfast was great and suitable for muslim too. Convenience store is just few steps away from this hotel. Definitely will come here again if I were to visit Batam.

Although is an old hotel but the management have tried the best to keep it up to the standard in term of cleanliness and hospitality. We are family of 3 and glad to have booked a spacious room with a king sized bed and a single bed. This made our sleep very comfortable. It was reasonably priced and location is good. Not too far from all the hot tourist spots. The only things for improvement are : 1. Mini bar need time to turn cold 2. Hot water took time to heat up during peak hour
