Great place to stay in

Overall,I had a pleasant stay at the apartment. The room was quite spacious,clean and comfortable providing everything I needed to unwind after a long day. The atmosphere was relaxing and it felt like good value for the quality provided. I really enjoyed the night with my partner. It left us with sweet memories. Amenities and facilities are all accessible with the apartment itself.

Location is not too far away from Batam Centre Ferry Terminal. The apartment lobby although looks fantastic, do not be fooled by it. The apartment corridor looks very rundown and sketchy. When we entered the apartment, we found that the fridge is not working (light is on, but not cold at all). The bed frame is giving way when we sat on it (lots of creaking noises), we even check underneath the bed and found that the bed frame pole is dislodged. The bathroom wall has rust stain and pretty bad condition. The main kitchen sink is trickling water (sink tap is faulty). The extra mattress provided is also dirty. I would not come back here ever. This is my worst experience. I did not partake in any activities using the facility hence I'm rating it 3/5.

It's like an air BnB kind of accomodation . Contact method via WhatsApp but the staff is very prompt in replies and will try their best to fulfill your request as much as possible.
