Hotel Santika Batam

It’s a short walk from the ferry terminal and a nice scent in the lobby. Breakfast is good! Will stay here again!

I had a pleasant stay at Santika Hotel Batam. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its good variety of fresh options. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience—I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean. Very close to ferry. Nice design, good room size. Good choice of food. Very good value for money. The only minor issue could be the size of the gym. Anyway, i would say it s the best choice of you want to stay in central batam without spending an huge appoint of money and still get standing hotel room.

Did our Buka Puasa with client there. Food not bad. Everyone likes it. Unfortunately the refills are not there. I have to ask they to refill only get to eat. Which is not good. Everything is empty after 8pm. But overall it is worth it.

Last-minute stay on Sunday night and it was a pleasant experience. The hotel felt warm and cozy, and the check-in was quick and smooth thanks to the friendly staff. The room had all the amenities I needed. Breakfast was good overall, though it would be even better if items were refilled a bit longer. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

Hotel Santika offers a great location and excellent service. The staff were consistently polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. What truly deserves special mention is their thoughtful breakfast service. Breakfast is available from 6:00am to 10:00am, but I had an early ferry at 6:00am and couldn’t make it. The staff offered a takeaway option, and the team kindly arranged to prepare my breakfast early at 5:00am. I honestly expected the request might be overlooked, but they exceeded my expectations. To my surprise, everything was carefully packed: a box of bread and a bento set with the fried rice I requested, along with some fried fish, cutlery, and a bottle of drinking water. The attention to detail was impressive and made my morning so much easier. It was a genuinely pleasant experience, and I’ll definitely return if I’m staying in Batam again.
