I don't know why the deluxe suite I booked was arranged on the third floor. The window was relatively small, and there was a wall outside. I could hardly see what was outside the room... I was very disappointed. In addition, the room facilities were a bit old, the air conditioner kept making strange noises, which was very noisy. The bathroom was quite big but there was no heating. It was very cold after taking a shower, and the washbasin was also very simple... Anyway, it didn't match the price. The only thing I can praise is that his restaurant is not bad, and the dishes we ordered were all delicious.

The rooms in the main building are beautiful. A rare view. The restaurant is understaffed and the waiting time for breakfast is too long. If you don't rush, it will take at least an hour. Martin, the concierge, is very good. He helped us find a restaurant because most of the restaurants are closed on weekends. He also drove us there because he was afraid that we didn't know the mountain roads in Bath. The two restaurants he recommended are very delicious and trustworthy.

The waiting area for check-in is very British and beautiful. We booked a classic room, which requires us to walk through the main building, pass the garden, and come to the second floor of a stable. The room is clean and the toilet is relatively large. But the location is a bit disappointing. The high price and high positioning of the hotel make us automatically assume that the view of the room will be particularly good, overlooking the city of Bath. The actual situation is disappointing. Looking out is the street view on the other side, and I dare not open the window. The pure British white old man helps you carry the luggage, making you feel embarrassed not to tip. The restaurant is very delicious, and the cauliflower is especially delicious. In this place, you have to keep communicating and making requests. They can do better.

You don't want to go to a place at first, but you don't want to leave after checking in. Absolutely amazing hotel, everything is impeccable.
