The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the restaurant was charming and cute. Even though it was twice the usual price due to graduation season, the quality was excellent.

Stayed in the hideout suite, which was beautiful , bottle of fiiz left in the room on ice, which is a nice touch , the only issue was the hot tub temperature was too hot with no way of regulating so couldn’t use

The rooms are beautiful, though the hotel's reception area is a bit basic. The spa downstairs is quite good. I highly recommend staying here, especially for the beautiful rooms. Breakfast was delicious. I suggest booking the Pulteney Room.

Fantastic hotel. Luxurious but homely. We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff and could happily have stayed longer. Our room, like the whole hotel, was beautifully furnished and decorated, with a very comfortable bed and lovely walk-in shower. The record player was a lovely, quirky touch as well as the pantry! We enjoyed some very nice cocktails in the bar too. The location is perfect and it's just a few minutes walk to the city centre. We loved everything about the hotel and will definitely be back!
