Nice and good service

We were sick and hence wanted to have black tea, but looking at the kettle we didn’t feel like drinking. Spider cobs was in the light shade and also the curtains had 2 to 3 red stains . Very disappointing stay at the hotel . Below are the pics for reference

It was an amazing stay that I had here with a gorgeous hydro mills Maxine  works that catches my attention when I checked- in for my 3 days  of stay. Good hotel location if you have your own car because there is parking space included for the customers.

An absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is set right by the river and old mill, which makes for stunning views from morning to evening. Waking up to the sound of the flowing water and looking out at the scenery was such a peaceful experience. The service was excellent – staff were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make everything comfortable. The combination of beautiful surroundings and warm hospitality made this one of the most memorable stays I’ve had. Highly recommended!

Very nice stay pretty location

Nice location. Clean, comfortable, quiet and a very nice breakfast. Strange having to pay £10 for parking (for the duration of your stay).

The bed was comfortable and amazing. Although the carpet could be renewed. And all the furniture to either be old antique or 21st century, not 1 million years old that makes your room look a bit untidy the bathroom was great

I did not stayed there. Cancelled my trip. Couldn’t get a refund as I booked a non-refundable booking.

Take me 29 minutes to check Inn, and heater not functioning. Parking have to pay .

Lovely helpful staff, fantastic view, just what we needed.
