The hotel location is impeccable and the rooms are fantastic. The bathroom for the family suites is one of the dreamy bathroom I’ve ever been into.

Great hotel, large rooms with a nice breakfast. I can just mention the sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Overall, the room and stay was great. We arrived early and stored luggages first and returned to hotel at 3 o'clock, however the room was not ready yet, and it didn't have a proper place for guest to sit and wait. It was a bit exhaust after a long walk of the day.

Good hotel in full downtown all the historical sightseeing at walking distance. Friendly staff good cleanning. Old hotel but rooms renovated. The common areas are narrow and some rooms is not served by elevators

Abbey Hotel Bath was so conveniently located with very helpful and friendly staff. We booked an extra day and they were so helpful. The room was lovely, the bed comfortable and I would recommend staying there to anyone. It’s closely situated near the Abbey, the Roman Bath site, Sally Lunn’s Buns and lots of beautiful shops and buildings. A quintessential and wonderful place to stay while visiting Bath!

A fantastic experience at the Abbey Hotel! The staff and service were top-notch—everyone was so friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable and clean. You couldn't ask for a better location in Bath. Highly recommended!

The hotel all in all is very good. Clean, polite staff and location is perfect. Parking will have to be in the public parking around the corner which is about £20 for a day. Online it said the hotel offers halal food but once we got there they said they aren't sure they do it. The staff also informed us that we wouldn't be able to eat at the restaurant that day because they were booked for a function, but we feel this should've been communicated beforehand by email etc. Other than this I think this hotel is the best in the area and is very classy and welcoming.
