Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay

Big and clean hotel room. Service was good as well. I have been staying here for afew time.

Great hotel with a convenient location, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant stay and definitely a good choice for a short trip.

Been staying this hotel few time and would be back again and again for sure. Good location walkable from ferry terminal.. Shutle bus service to k square mall. Walkable to the promenade downtown famous eatery/restaurant. Hotel service was super excellent. Gave me surprised decorations on the bed and cake for my anniversary

Clean slightly further away from ferry terminal but it is still as accessible from places to places definately recommend going to. Had a awesome experience

The location of the hotel was great, just a short 5 mins walk from the Habourbay Terminal. However, was rather disappointed by the service and facilities. (1) Room had a weird stale, musty smell when we first checked in to our room, but the smell eventually went away after 2-3h with aircon circulation. It was bearable but we could really use an air freshener. (2) We were not informed that the gym/pool had opening or closing times. There were also no signs indicating as such. When we tried to visit the gym at around 10pm, everything was already closed. (3) On the amenities, we had to make repeated checks receptionist that we can get a shaving razor and instant coffee. At first, the housekeeping didn't understand what we wanted. The first receptionist at the front desk simply just tried to waive us away by saying they are not available. It was only after we approached a second receptionist did they finally understood and brought it out for us. The shower gel also ran out after the first night and housekeeping did not refill it despite cleaning the room in the day. (4) The hotel spa, despite saying they were open for 24h and that a reservation was required, repeatedly told us to go to their counter at the 4th floor to check on availability. We went there and checked at least 6 times during our 3D2N stay and each time, we were told that there was no immediate availability but to come back at a later time instead. They also turned us away when we tried to make an advance booking. They could have saved time for everyone by just saying there was no availability and reservations were unavailable instead of asking us to come back every now and then. Overall, the service level was very disappointing for a 4-star hotel. There are better and cheaper hotel options around the Harbourbay area.

Overall i do enjoyed staying at the hotel. I love how the place is located near to the harbour, however the management may need to consider renovating some area in the room. There is sometime a foul / sewer smell. Had stepped on a small nail that is located on the between the floor and carpet. It is very dangerous as the nail is rusty.

The room design looks great and the room is definitely big enough for 2 people. We found the bed to be very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.The toilet comes with standard amenities and toiletries are given. The shampoo, conditioner, and body shampoo provided are normal and do the job.My only minor complaint is that the towel had a stain on it. I did not use it as I brought my own one-time-use towel anyway, but this is something the housekeeping team should check. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
