Zest Hotel Harbour Bay Batam

Location strategis in the harbour and easy to get food and go to some where. Close to Nagoya and room is clean.

Room was very compact & clean. Comfortable bed with nice pillows & blankets. Aircon was cool. No fridge in the room. Everything worked fine except for the kettle which they attended to promptly. Toiletries were generic with a 2 in 1 shampoo & shower gel. No hand towel, just bath & floor towels provided. Water pressure and hot water temp were good, for both shower and wash basin sink. Shower curtain was used to separate the shower & wc. The power outlet next to each bed was a 2-pin instead of the usual 3-pin. There was only one 3-pint outlet next to the desk. Smoking rooms are available. Breakfast was alright, not much variety.

The hotel is generally clean, but I would like to comment that there is a smell on the bath towel. Hope that they double check before they put it in the room for guest to use. Would consider to go back again ya. Thanks

It was very near to the ferry terminal and was not hard to find from the terminal.

Excelso, nearby Zest. An awesome place to do remote work.

Location was fantastic, just right beside the pier. Rooms are not really clean and nice. But in this price include breakfast is good enough compared to to others.

What a great time we had. Me and my husband enjoy our night in zest with warm and nice staff. Great location and we do enjoy our morning walk in Harbour Bay Will be back on

The security staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful，they would even assist by opening the door, which made us feel welcomed. The location is very convenient, especially if you have an early ferry back to Malaysia. It’s only about a 5-minute walk to the terminal, which is a big plus. However, the room cleanliness needs improvement. The pillowcases and bedsheets had visible stains, which was quite disappointing.
