Hotel room is clean with big size bed .. convenient location just not far from harbour bay ferry terminal ..
Friendly receptionist Selvi at the front counter..will definitely retun to this hotel for next trip to Batam..

I booked this hotel last minute, so the rate of the hotel increased. The room itself is big enough. The staff here are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is enough for me. Only the same dishes every day. The temperature in the restaurant was warm. This hotel provides free drinks at the lobby. Overall I'm satisfied to stay here but please improve the check in process next time. The check out process was fast.

I had a pleasant experience from the start till the end of my stay here. The staff is very warm and friendly the room is comfortable and has good facilities, The only downside is my room don't have any windows and it makes the room feel abit stuffy, I would recommend this hotel to others 👍

The hotel is just finished renovating and is reopening. All of the facilities are still very new and very comfortable! It is also near the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal (opposite, walking distance) and 10 minutes drive to Nagoya Mall. Highly Recommended! It

Location was good with good breakfast spread. Hotel amenities are lacking no proper lighting, no phone and fridge. Room size is good but place nearby has a mosque which has early prayer and a Cockerell that crow nonstop.
Service is not up to standard at the breakfast place as table I was sitting had a table that was wobbling and a l when I told the waiter about it he tried but couldn't fixed the issue and simple walk away without correcting the issue.
Bag area was too slippery and causes me to fall during one of the bath injuring my but and hand in the process.
Besides those issues I think the hotel is worth the money I paid and generally place is a good stay but improvement to service attitude need further improvement.

The service of the staff was outstanding, I would like to appreciate Miss Selvi for making my stay a happy one. She managed to resolve my issues. I would also like to give special thanks to the security personnel stationed during my stay. This includes the housekeepers and banquet staff as well.
My stay was a very satisfying stay. Will stay there again in future.👍🏽
