Everything was great – the room facilities were excellent and perfect. The service attitude was also very good. The hotel offers massages, but I didn't book one. Breakfast was delicious. It's also very close to the pier, which is a big plus.

My go to hotel in Batam. Beside Harbourbay Ferry Terminal. Clean and big room. Friendly staffs.

Near harbour bay, lot of restaurants. We came down for breakfast 0830, and most of the foods finished.

Best stay with this hotel. But bad experience booked with trip.com. As we arrived for check in there was a problem, receptionist said they dont receive our booking from trip.com. After 15mins later, they found out my booking under *******. They offered me for other room because my room curently full. A bit happy because they offer for 2single beds extra n room upgrade for free. I really love the room. Very spacious. On 2nd day we got our room as we booked before. Anyway i really happy with this hotel. Thankyou.

Good location near to many seafood restaurants. Walking distance to the ferry terminal.

About what you expect for the price point and convenience. Nothing really stood out. Nothing really terrible. A safe choice for solo traveling.

Hotel is very near to the Harbour Bay ferry terminal and newly renovated . Room and the balcony is huge and clean. The only downside is the door doesn’t shut properly . There’s a small gap between the door frame . There’s a massage place too at the hotel and service is very good. Will consider to stay in again on my next trip to Batam .

Aircon very good, location is good too. Price is good too. Recommended

The service deserves to get 10/10,staff really friendly and helpful..thank you so much for your assistance to prepare my bestie birthday surprise!!! Its was really awesome,you guys a rock..but th only thing is bath room got so many flys maybe be you the drainage full of hair and not really clean properly that why attract the small2 fly,and during my visit the water heater not working,so shower under the cold rain shower 🥶room really comfy and spacious,love it🫶🏻

The room 212 is not upgraded. Rather disappointed. 😤
