Compared to our stay last year, the cleanliness has noticeably declined, particularly in the bathroom. Additionally, the 11:00 AM checkout time feels a bit early, especially since extending it incurs a steep fee of 50 per hour.

Ramp up to carpark very small. Big cars may find it challenging. Mattresses and pillows too soft.

floor is clean but not bed. bed is dusty and we feel itchy when sleep. when enter the house smell got shoes. and toilet put many mothballs making the toilet very smelly until the beadroom also full of the mothball smell. pillows are bad.

Lot of parking lots and it is free, key self collect and return process is easy, instructions provided can be understand easily, the cleanliness in the room can be improved

Location is good if you need to go Selayang area. direct lift to the mall. homestay is big, has a lot of amenities.

The room is very large and clean, and has all the necessary living facilities, including kitchenware, tableware, a refrigerator, washing machine, and other appliances. The TV is especially great. There's a gym and free swimming pool downstairs, and there's a shopping mall on the ground floor, making shopping very convenient. I highly recommend it.
