Mercure Selangor Selayang

The room was spacious, but it felt quite dim at night due to the yellow lighting. The front desk staff member, Az____, could improve on being more polite when dealing with customers. At times, she seemed a bit unfriendly, with minimal smiling, and her responses to questions were not very welcoming.

The location wise is good for those are travelling to rawang and Kepong or even Gombak. Because it’s consider in the middle of the area mentioned above. Then in the morning for me going to rawang, it is against the traffic so it’s a strategic place for me. For food actually can go further down to Kepong but the traffic is really hectic. But it is worth to stay there The cleanliness should be improve for the carpet in the room. For toilet it’s good enough.

Location a little bit far from the public transportation hub. Breakfast is moderatel

Really disappointed with my stay. The room view was terrible, directly facing the roof of the 'abandoned' mall, which is completely unacceptable for the price I paid, especially for a 2-night stay. The bathroom glass door had obvious brown stains or mould, showing very poor cleanliness. The room was not soundproof at all. I could clearly hear conversations from the next room, making it hard to sleep and rest. Overall, the stay was far below expectations.

I recently visited this location and found it to be in a generally good spot, especially being close to the food court. However, it was a bit difficult to access because of how the entrance is situated and the foot traffic in the area. While the convenience of grabbing a meal nearby is a definite plus, navigating to the location itself could be improved. Overall, the location is promising but could benefit from clearer directions or signage to make it easier for visitors to reach without confusion.

Near to Hospital Selayang where my starter had a meeting. The hotel was nice, definitely a good choice in Selayang area
