The facilities are quite old. More importantly, the bedding, especially the duvet, didn't look very clean and seemed to be layered, I'm not sure why it didn't have a cover. There were also stains on the pillows. The absolute worst part was how damp the room was; I couldn't sleep at all the entire night.

Come here for one last hurrah before the hotel is closed for good next month. Service is warm. The hotel beach ground is still beautiful like before. Hope the staff will find new employment elsewhere. All the best to them. Thank you for their warm and friendly service.

The hotel lobby looks quite grand, but the room facilities are really a bit old-fashioned. Plus, the toilet wasn't very clean, and the sheets had some stains. The sliding door to the balcony was also very hard to open. I wouldn't recommend it for families with children. I heard they're going to renovate soon. Most of the front desk staff are Indian, which made communication a bit difficult.

Had a really nice stay at Bayview Beach Resort! 🌊✨ The beach was beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The breakfast was also good, with a nice variety of choices. The hotel is quite old and you can see that it has been around for some time, but everything was clean and well-maintained. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and felt that it was worth it. Would definitely consider coming back again! 😊

Had a terrible time staying here. Travelled all the way from Putrajaya for a honeymoon and expecting a pleasant experience in Bayview from 1/9-3/9, but was met with the worst experience. On our first day here, the water in the toilet produced awful smell with brown coloured water, seemed very contaminated and not safe to shower. Complained to the staff but was brushed off with issue related to PBA, and giving no timeline for resolution. On our second day, when we went out for sightseeing, we requested for housekeeping. When we came back, our room was kept untidied with no housekeeping done. We again complained to the receptionist which was a hassle as we were expecting a relaxing stay after a whole of sightseeing. Overall, such a terrible place to stay and it doesnt live up to its renowned name. Not worth the price point and will never repeat to stay here again.

This place is great, the environment is lovely. I originally booked another hotel, but when I arrived at their front desk, they told me they didn't accept online reservations. So I had no choice but to book this one, and it was actually really good! A big shout-out to the customer service and the platform, they were fantastic and even gave me compensation.

Hotel is very old and not clean at all service is not good sometimes you have to call them 2 times to get your request The hotel is very dirty this is the cup at check in and one off the water bottle was open and used and 3/4 fill and some lips gloves on the cup
