A childhood favorite hotel that's still highly recommended today! Full service, top-notch... comfort, service, everything was excellent. Such a great dose of nostalgia! 😅🥰

First at all thank you for upgrade our room, actually it hard to make decision to stay at kusuma before, because of im not sure this hotel well maintain or not. We know that kusuma agro is one of the legendary hotel at Batu city ( remind that im still at primary school this hotel already exist) It surprised me, the building well maintain, no leak at all, no ceiling spot, water heater running well and the breakfast great My 3 years old baby really happy stay hill except the weird statue (he said annoyed sad face statue) Thank you for the staff also, it a great warm experience and ill be back soon

The food and the view are fantastic, and the room is comfortable too. However, the bathroom sink really needs to be fixed soon; it leaks everywhere.

I've stayed here year after year, but this time, the cleanliness really needs attention. The bedspread looked like it had oil spilled on it. However, the cleaning service was quick to help. It seems like it should have been checked again before being offered to guests. Cleanliness is our first impression as customers.

Room 858 offers direct views of Mount Arjuna, Mount Panderman, and Mount Bromo. The swimming pool and breakfast area also face Mount Arjuna and you can even see parasailing.

I've stayed here twice, the service is good, the room is very comfortable and clean, the garden area is also clean. The food in the restaurant is delicious. The kids are happy, I'm happy too.

I didn't want to leave! The facilities are great, cleanliness is good, and the room is quite spacious, enough for a family with two small children. Everything was excellent, except for one thing that needs improvement: the front desk staff weren't very friendly. For a 4-star hotel, they should be trained to say 'thank you' and greet guests.

Comfortable. Would go there again with my partner's family. The concept here is like a resort. A classy recreational spot and accommodation. There's a waterpark, swimming pool, restaurant, etc. Everything is complete. The place is also beautiful and green. Hotel guests get free access to the swimming pool.

This hotel is really great, perfect for a vacation. The facilities are complete, and it has a view of Mount Arjuno. If I ever go to Batu again, I'll definitely come back here.

Couldn't be happier! This is our sixth time staying here, and it's simply fantastic. The kids absolutely loved the sparkling clean pool, the beautiful views, and the expansive grounds perfect for morning jogs. A big thank you to the agro crew for their wonderful service!

Room quite big and suitable for my family. From swimming pool can see Gunung Arjun.
