This hotel has a very good location in downtown of Batumi. The beach and promenade is very close. But it isn´t a 4-star hotel, I wouldn´t give it even 3 stars. The rooms are ok and clean, the in the bathroom was water leaking from the shower cabin and the water pressure was low. They are not able to make breakfast before 9:00, so don´t book this hotel if you need to start your day early. The breakfast buffet is very poor, they have only the basic food like hard boiled eggs and white bread. The reception stuff was kind but they spoke only Russian and didn´t understand English.

I am very glad that I stopped at this hotel, because. location in the heart of the city, the a**osphere is unobtrusive, cozy as comfortable as possible. The room has a spacious balcony overlooking the sights. The hotel management is very friendly and attentive. We will be going here in a couple of weeks with friends.
