這次入住體驗非常棒！酒店的服務非常周到，從入住到退房都讓人感到賓至如歸。前台工作人員態度友好，辦理入住手續迅速，還貼心地為我們升級了房型。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床品舒適，睡眠質量特別好。酒店的早餐種類豐富，味道也很不錯，尤其是現煮的麪條和新鮮水果，讓人印象深刻。 地理位置也很方便，周邊有很多餐廳和商店，步行幾分鐘就能到達地鐵站，出行非常便捷。酒店的健身房和泳池設施也很完善，適合放鬆身心。 總之，這是一次非常愉快的入住體驗，強烈推薦給其他旅客！下次來這個城市，一定會再次選擇這家酒店！

La limpieza del hotel es excelente, así como la ubicación. El personal de recepción supera las expectativas y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno excelente en cantidad y variedad. La habitación amplia y confortable. El ruido exterior es molesto para el descanso. El servicio de cena en el restaurante no es recomendable por servicio lento

Tudo como esperado. O Único desconforto foi com a reserva. Reservei um quarto com cama de casal e só havia quarto com 2 camas. Segundo a recepção eles já não tinha essa disponibilidade a vários dias e no site de reserva aparecia um de cada disponível. Acredito que o problema foi no trip.com.
