The rooms were a bit old, and the sand and seaweed near the beach weren't suitable for snorkeling. Otherwise, everything was fine. Service and food were good. There were many restaurants to choose from, though the cuisine was Latin American, which might not suit everyone's taste. The staff were very welcoming and responsive. There were many families with children, and in the evenings there were live bands, a casino, and other entertainment options. Overall, it was a good experience.

The staff was great everywhere! The steak was amazing at all the restaurants and we all (teenagers included) liked the grill by the beach. The New Year’s celebration was fun and the whole family had a good time!

The preferred club is totally worth it! Our butler, Billy made our stay even more magical than it was waking up in paradise every morning! The resort is stunning and the service was excellent!
