The rooms outside the main tower are too far and low quality insulation between rooms because you may listen everything between the rooms

Our stay in the Tower building was superb – it was spotless, spacious, and incredibly relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed the Mexican atmosphere. The hotel staff were also very friendly, and we felt completely safe and secure. That's Disney World for you! As of June 2025, food and alcoholic beverages cost roughly 4 to 6 times more than in Japan.

Convenient and clean. The food are affordable and good. Comparing to All Stars, I would definitely choose this hotel. I love the luxury design and relaxing atmosphere. It felt like you were living by the beach.

Absolutely beautiful resort. We drove and arrived very late, staff was accommodating and got us to our room right away as we were very tired. Staff was top notch, room was immaculate and welcoming. Multiple pools to choose from, multiple restaurants to choose from. They offered fun family activities throughout the week that we stayed such as nightly movies, scavenger hunts, pool party, tie-dye shirts, plenty of arts and crafts to choose from for the week, so much fun! The only complaint we had was birds around the pool at the dig site kept pooping in the pool so the pool kept closing for maintenance. It was great that they kept closing to clean and re-check the pool pH it was just more annoying than anything because it had closed multiple times one day when it was 90° in very hot. Other than that everything was great! The cafeteria food was great and we also tried the three bridges restaurant which was excellent as well!

Hotel is Beautiful & location is Great. We had a standard 2 queen room which was pretty bare. Bed was fine, but just one armchair which was Very hard! We normally stay in a 2bedroom villa on property so this was a disappointment. The Mercado restaurant chicken bowl was Delicious, & Toledo Restaurant is Fabulous!!!

It was a very nice and clean place.

A high-quality hotel with excellent service and dedicated staff. The only downside is that the hotel is very large.

The supporting services are great. There are multiple outdoor swimming pools open to guests. The lakeside restaurant is very good.

I finally got to do all the Disney things in Florida. The buses are always there, so I recommend it to anyone going to Disney!

The hotel is large, but the facilities are old. The rooms are cleaned every other day. The lobby reception service is very good and they tried to move our room to another building, but in the end there was still a room that was 2 stops away from us by bus. The hotel did not have any Disney elements and there were no children's activities.

The price/performance ratio is quite high. The resort environment is very good and it is very convenient to go to various parks in Disney.
