"Absolutely beautiful resort. We drove and arrived very late, staff was accommodating and got us to our room right away as we were very tired. Staff was top notch, room was immaculate and welcoming. Multiple pools to choose from, multiple restaurants to choose from. They offered fun family activities throughout the week that we stayed such as nightly movies, scavenger hunts, pool party, tie-dye shirts, plenty of arts and crafts to choose from for the week, so much fun! The only complaint we had was birds around the pool at the dig site kept pooping in the pool so the pool kept closing for maintenance. It was great that they kept closing to clean and re-check the pool pH it was just more annoying than anything because it had closed multiple times one day when it was 90° in very hot. Other than that everything was great! The cafeteria food was great and we also tried the three bridges restaurant which was excellent as well!"

"This is the lowest of the low hotel. I paid the most expensive price to stay in the bug motel. There are bugs in the areas of Jamaica and Aruba. I spotted a bed bug when laundry bought me a new sheet and smash the bug there was blood. They don't even allow you move right away they bring pest control to do a inspection while your bags stay in the room. Then they might even find the bug you seen and then they say the room safe. I didn't pay all this money to sleep with bugs. Caribbean Beach looks good on the outside worst the Days inn inside. I would rather stayed at Disney's All Star Music resort the rooms are more update and decorated nicely. Caribbean Beach has bugs and dust bunnies. It looks like haven't dusted for months and tubs needs to be updated. It is plan out run down and dirty. Save your money and go to another hotel."

"Not a luxury accommodation or experience. Rooms are dated, walls paper thin, trash bins parked in hallways outside rooms, curtains with mystery stains, bugs, feels run down, over crowded."
Disney's Beach Club Villas
"I'm sure this property is ideal for all types of people, but the two factors that make it so ideal are the well known proximity to Epcot and HS as well as the killer pool. The pool factor is only amplified when you have older kids who can run around independently. Our 12 and 14 year old were in heaven here and when we visited back in 2018 we all ranked it lower in our minds because there was the slightly more high maintenance aspect of having to track them around the massive waterpark area. For younger kids I recommend the convenience of a place like Kidani where the pool is fabulous but you can see them at all times, especially with multiple kids. The rooms are nice (I would rank them below Boardwalk for their theming and plushness but still lovely). There were tons of USB ports in the room so you don't have to pack a bunch of charger blocks, and the washer is loud so prepare to do laundry during awake hours only. Also, if you're prone to being cold ask for extra blankets when you check in, because the ones in the room are very thin. We can't wait to come back and this is now a must-stay resort to try to get (even for a split stay)."

"Rented a studio villa through David’s for 10 days. David’s was great, we just chose the wrong hotel for our liking. The location to Epcot can’t be beat, a 5 min walk. A 10/15 minute walk or tram ride to Hollywood Studios. The room was fine, having a kitchenette was nice for quick breakfasts. There really isn’t a lot of choices for food around the Boardwalk itself. Not like other resorts we’ve stayed at. The staff was hit or miss in terms of friendly or not. One does not get the true “Disney feel” when staying there."

"I simply refuse to write something bad about any Disney resort especially this one except that the ac did not work at night! Is this a special setting. Our neghhbours also complianed and were left without power for a few hours. Other than that it is Magical! The new refurbished rooms super beautiful! Please fix the ac problem at night! We had room 7927. We have been going for 29 years and never had a problem before. Thanks!~"
Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort
"The resort is under construction. Take that into consideration. Walkway to MK is incredibly easy. The skybridge was closed, so we had to go through the Contemporary, but it wasn't a huge deal. Since there is so much construction, the elevators took a very long time to come. The end of the evening, we waited up to 30 minutes just to get an elevator. Stayed in an older studio. Well, where to begin? The view was pretty great! Watched fireworks from the balcony. The room is kind of odd. Since we were in an older room, we still had a table to eat on. There is an ok amount of space in the bedroom area. The rest of the room is very oddly shaped and planned out. The kitchen is a galley, with plenty of space. Note that the refrigerator does not include a freezer, which we did not realize. Toaster, micro, etc. dishes, etc. all fine. The bathroom is pretty awful. No place to put things, other than a small amount of shelving next to the sink (kind of high up) and everything just falls into the sink as you are trying to use that area. Frustrating, but we made it work. Overall, the place needs refurbishing, but I believe the configuration of the studio isn't changing. Stayed before in a 2 bedroom, and it was great. WAY more room. The location is wonderful. So, yes, a confusing review."
