there’s gap in the window causing noise from outside environment interrupting the sleep. couldn’t rest and sleep for an entire day

The room was tiny, the door was broken and didn't close properly, and there were no windows, so it was completely stuffy and smelled. No slippers were provided. They charged a 52 MYR deposit for this dump. Since I was just staying one night for a layover, I didn't exchange any cash, and I couldn't even get any at the convenience store using Alipay. I initially asked the front desk if I could pay with a Visa card, and she said no. After I walked around outside and couldn't exchange money, she then said I could use Visa. The weather was unbearably hot, and the local takeaway I ordered was absolutely terrible. Malaysia is truly awful.

The room was pretty good, but it was a shame there was only one pair of pillows and they were too soft. I forgot to take photos, but the overall experience was still quite good. The location is also convenient for getting around, though parking spaces are a bit limited.
