AC Hotel by Marriott Penang

The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and Georgetown. It's very clean, and having Chinese-speaking staff is a big plus.

The room design is really stylish, with a grey color palette and black furniture that looks very upscale. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide great natural light, making the whole space feel open and airy. I'd give full marks for both service and facilities; it was a very comfortable stay for my business trip, and the attention to detail was excellent 👍. I'll definitely choose this place again next time – highly recommended!!

The hotel is a bit old, and the air conditioning in the bedroom was so noisy it made it hard to get a good night's sleep. However, there are lots of food stalls nearby, and it's very close to Queensbay Mall, which is a plus. I mainly want to commend Raymon (the young man with glasses) at the front desk. He went out of his way to help me, a foreigner, when I didn't have enough cash for a food delivery, and even asked if I needed cutlery. I'm very grateful for his help! Because of him, I'd still trust this hotel for my next business trip.

The room was decent, and the location was great, very close to the Penang Convention Centre and not too far from the airport. Breakfast was also acceptable. The only downside was the lack of a self-service laundry room, which was a bit inconvenient.

This is a really great hotel. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the city center, but we had a private car, so it was fine. Each trip took about 20 to 30 minutes. However, the rooms here are incredibly spacious, which is fantastic.

Facilities: Pretty good, not bad at all, just the shower stall is a bit small. Cleanliness: Decent, they clean every day and it's spotless. Ambiance: The only downside is there aren't many restaurants downstairs, but everything else is great and it's not noisy. Service: This was excellent. The staff were friendly, and they even had a Chinese-speaking front desk.
