Studio 6 Baytown, TX - Garth Road

Pool was out but the beds were comfortable rooms clean and nice size tv over all really not bad for the price.

My refrigerator and bath towels had long, black, straight hair in/on it and my tv didn’t work during my whole stay. I reached out to the front desk and they never sent anyone by my room to fix it. The pool needs to be cleaned as well. However, I was able to request a late checkout 30 mins past 11 and was granted it as I needed more time to prepare to check out. Overall this place is okay. The grounds were quiet but can be maintained much better. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention to detail when turning over the rooms.

I booked a room almost a month and a half in advance for a deluxe suite with a king bed and kitchenette non smoking bc both me and my boyfriend are highly allergic to smoke. Received a two full bed suite smoking with a kitchenette that reeked of **** I wasn’t super impressed with the staff either didn’t do anything to even try to accommodate us not to mention the pictures were not updated along with we got locked out of our room because the room kept getting stuck, along with our shower head didn’t work the 3 nights we stayed and got no refund from customer service when I tried to reach out just overall a terrible experience! DO NOT BOOK WASTE OF MONEY!

The nicest and well kept hotel I have been to in the Baytown and Channelview Area. Management and staff have been professional, helpful and kind. Room service has been top notch. Very happy withy stay.

When we got there after a 7 hour drive we were told our room was over booked. When they finally got us a room without a kitchen we had to pay extra for refrigeration and microwave. The room had not been cleaned. We had no WiFi the whole time we were there. I clearly told the man that checked us in when we were leaving and paid in full and a lot more than what my room I had booked was for. the day before we were to leave I was told I had to check out by 11, I told him we were not leaving till the next morning and I had made that clear when we checked in. I had to pay for another day and a refrigerator and microwave. We go to Texas every 4 months and I would never book a room with Motel 6 again.

I enjoyed my stay, especially in the studio 6 room. The option for an extension was easy. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Other than being inches away from the highway it was a great stay. I have no complaints.

Pleasantly surprised with how clean the rooms were. Traveled as a family and was safe, the pillows reflected the price! But everything else was great!
