"My stay here was very satisfying. The hotel's location is excellent, close to all the attractions in the Old Town, making dining and shopping very convenient. I stayed in the Heritage Wing, which has historical artifacts on display in the common areas, perfect for a quick browse if you're interested. The staff were friendly and responsive, providing daily newspapers and updating the mini-bar. The breakfast is made-to-order, and while the selection isn't huge, it's served piping hot, which is a big plus. They also offer complimentary afternoon tea and evening cocktails. The only downside was a strange noise in the room at night, and the soundproofing between floors wasn't great. If that's a concern for you, perhaps try the new building; I haven't stayed there, so I can't comment."
