"A beautiful, modern hotel where we only found positives. Daily wet cleaning of the rooms with towel changes, very thorough cleaning, which is important for us. The room is modern, spacious, cozy, the plumbing is good and clearly maintained, everything works. Excellent air conditioning system and a spacious balcony. On the 4th floor of the hotel there is a pool area: also very spacious, the pool is moderately deep, large and clean, with sun loungers and a bar nearby; there is a separate cool play area for children (even we adults found it interesting and fun to be there) 😁 The reception is open 24/7, the staff speaks good English, and it's also a nice touch that a separate employee greets you and escorts you to a taxi with your luggage. A huge selection of dishes for breakfast - everything is very tasty and varied. Everything you need is near the hotel: Jomtien Beach itself, many massage parlors, cafes, a 24-hour laundry, and a small market and exchange office within a 10-minute walk."

"This is a brand new 5-star hotel located in North Pattaya. We received lounge service right at check-in. The breakfast spread was so extensive, we couldn't even try everything. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed two hours of free onsen access. Overall, we were satisfied, but the unfortunate aspects were the smoking area at the entrance, which meant we always had to walk through smoke, and the flickering bed light in our room. Also, perhaps it was just bad luck, but the pool was unavailable. Well, it is a 5-star hotel in Thailand, after all."

The hotel is a low-rise property surrounded by lush greenery, which makes the environment feel very calm and refreshing. We stayed on the 3rd floor, not far from the elevator. It was very quiet and comfortable for resting. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the room was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel itself is beautiful with several areas where you can sit and relax. The swimming pool was not crowded, which made it even more enjoyable. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food and was definitely worth it, just like many reviews mentioned. The shrimp were very large and tasty. Overall, it was great value for money and perfect for a relaxing stay. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance. The hotel also prepared a surprise birthday cake for my partner, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. We really appreciate the hotel for making our stay even more special."

"Great view and location. It locates near CentRAL Sri Racha as well as Samitivej hospital. However, the provided amenities are a little bit off. No body lotion, no razor and no conditioner and toothpaste and brush. Also 1 big thing is there’s no convenient stores within walking reach, but there’s general store at the receptionist, but!!! the prices are at least 125% comparing to goods in convenient stores. Cleanliness is average as there’s visible dust and also black fungus in bath room. The services are great and cannot complain about it."

"This is a good hotel, with a clean, spacious, and comfortable room overlooking the pool. It has all the basic necessities like beach towels, a hairdryer, and water. The breakfast buffet was good; not super varied, but perfectly fine for a 5-day stay. There are many pools, and the beach and sea are clean and lovely. Within walking distance, there's a shop and a currency exchange (which opens between 10-11 AM and offers good rates). There are also restaurants along the beachfront. You can take a cheap taxi to the night market, where you'll find two 7/11 stores nearby. The Cave restaurant is also close by (see photo)."

"This hotel is truly beautiful; the tree-lined path and the beach sunset were incredibly healing. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant for two days, and the food was delicious! In the morning, we rented bicycles and rode along the beach to a nearby village. There was a very lively morning market, and we even encountered monks from a temple performing alms-giving in the village. There's also a 7-Eleven in the village for supplies. Although it's far from the city center, staying here makes it convenient to visit Koh Same San and Koh Samet, which you can plan into your itinerary. The hotel itself is quite small with not much to do! The biggest drawback: unstable water pressure. After snorkeling in the afternoon, there was almost no hot water! We could only manage a quick rinse. After filling the bathtub on the balcony, the bottom was full of sand. I'm not sure if it came from the pipes or somewhere else..."

"After my stay at Holiday Inn, I moved here for two days. Hilton's facilities are better, and I also had a 'sea view selected room,' which included executive lounge access and breakfast. The view was great, and the balcony was very spacious. The breakfast didn't have a huge variety, and the executive lounge breakfast had even fewer options. The pool was quite large with a nice view. The surrounding area is very convenient but a bit noisy. There was still some noise at night, as the window insulation wasn't very good. Even on the 25th floor, most newly built hotels these days have excellent soundproofing. When the balcony door was open, the air conditioning would turn off. However, it was a bit slow to react; I had to close and secure it several times before the AC would restart. Plus, the balcony door was extremely heavy, requiring some strength to close if you're not very strong. Other than that, everything was good. It's suitable for friends or solo travelers on vacation, and I would choose to stay here again."

"We stayed at the hotel for a week during the holidays, and it was packed. We had to wait in line for breakfast for 20 minutes, and there were also queues for the elevators. Breakfast: Only once in 7 days did I see a waiter ask if we wanted drinks and bring us coffee; all other days, we had to get them ourselves. I don't understand their approach: either you don't bring drinks to any guests, or you bring them to everyone. The pool is very small (doesn't match the photos), and the hotel practically has no grounds. But there's a plus: excellent sun loungers and artificial sand where a child can play while you sunbathe. Room: We had a Suite M, which is essentially the same as a standard room but with a bathtub and an additional room (children's room) with a bed and a pouf. It was impossible to sleep there because the air conditioner blew directly onto the bed and hummed like an airplane turbine. The air conditioner in the main bedroom was just as noisy, and we had to turn it off periodically to give our heads a rest from the noise. The elevator was next to our room, and the sound from the hallway was excellent; I could hear everyone slamming their room doors and talking by the elevator. For those who like peace and quiet, you won't find it here. There's no wardrobe in the room, just about 10 hangers, and that's it. There's nowhere to put children's clothes, for example. The ceilings are very low. The kids' club is small, and right at the entrance, there's a water slide. Water splashes directly onto the club door, even though there's a barrier, it doesn't help. The pool entrance is directly from the lobby. Wet people walk past the reception to the elevators, and there's water in the elevators and on the lobby floor. They try to clean it up, but it's still a fact. Overall impression: the hotel is beautiful, with many photo opportunities, but it's inconvenient, uncomfortable, and definitely not worth the money."
