There is an amazing setting but there is no bathtub even in the brand new deluxe bures (3) no bathtub, once a week buffet dinner, every day lunch buffet style same as breakfast.

If you ever have a chance to go to Beachcomber you must. It's such a small island but full of life. The staff and facilities are great. Snorkeling is walking off the shore. Loved every moment

The place was nice but they did charge me at the beginning for an upgrade because they said that trip had undercharged me.

It was a fantastic trip in Beachcomber Island!
But there is one thing that I am disappointing.
I confirmed the full board reservation that is served from the first day dinner to the last day lunch, but the resort's system was different from the reservation on the last day.(They said that only breakfast is available.)
So we were able to have a meal after showing the travel confirmation.
I was embarrassed because it was the FIRST TIME I had shown a travel confirmation while travelling.
Fortunately, there were no more problems.

Phenomenal place to stay and particularly good value. The sunset rooms were lovely and more than adequate, especially being away from the noise of the bar.. The food, though cafeteria serving style, changed enough each time that after 5 days only breakfast got repetitive.
Staff were amazing throughout and so long as you don't need great WiFi you can completely relax.
Make sure you take some good books or a few movies loaded onto your devices though, there's only so much snorkeling and diving I could fill my day with.

The location was fantastic! The ocean was stunning! It was like a paradise on the island!
However, the hotel was awful.
1. The room was completely different from what I saw on the website. I told the staff, but they said there were no other rooms available... Perhaps I was discriminated against because I'm Asian? But some staff members even greeted me in Japanese... It was far from the room I had planned, and it was old and rusty... And by rusty, I mean the door handles and faucets had actually rusted from the sea breeze...
2. The staff never apologized, no matter what... They were unbelievable. First of all, as soon as I entered the room, there was no power even when I plugged it in... I went to the front desk, but they misunderstood that I didn't know how to use it, but it still didn't work, so I went back... Eventually, an electrician came to my room and turned it on... I was exhausted from going back and forth to the front desk... The front desk and the cottage-style rooms were surprisingly far apart... No apology. Furthermore, the hair dryer that was supposed to be available was gone... I went to the front desk... No apology, just a casual remark that they'd bring it. Furthermore, there was no guide inside the room, and I found out on the second day that the door that led directly to the ocean actually opened properly... They should have guided me... I thought it would open, so I tried, but it wouldn't, so I asked a staff member who happened to be passing by to open it for me... but it turned out to be rusty and difficult to open. The female staff member at the front desk had a bad personality... I had told them the boat I wanted to board when I was leaving, but when it came time to check out, she said I couldn't board that boat... Huh!? I thought you said it was OK!? I tried to hold back my anger. Even though I had booked three meals a day, they said that lunch after checkout wasn't included, and when I showed them the reservation screen, they ignored me. When I showed it again, they acted annoyed, like it couldn't be helped... because it was clearly written on the reservation screen... But it turned out I couldn't board the boat at the time I wanted, and that there was no time for lunch... I can't help but imagine that the staff member was deliberately trying to keep me from boarding the boat and preventing me from having lunch! Her attitude was so rude that I could not help it! ③ Insect bites. My room was dilapidated, and even with insect repellent, I got bitten repeatedly, and it was unbearable... Here's a dilapidated story. I heard the circuit breaker trip in the middle of the night, and the alarm started blaring.
