On 3/21/2024 I entered this hotel, because my insurance company booked it for me. With the confirmation number in my hand, I go to check in (my insurance company paid for the room IN FULL), and the young lady sees my reservations and noticed she couldn't complete it for some reason, she goes and get the manager and he comes out, and looks at me and then his computer and says, we no longer take that program, I looked confused and asked him, what does that mean, because I have a confirmation number for a paid room. He says we stop taking that program in October 2023, Right then and there I get on the phone with the insurance company and put it on speaker, I had him to repeat what he told me, and he repeated hisself. I went outside to finish talking to my rep, my rep told me to wait outside and he is gonna call and see whats going on. My rep called me back very upset saying the manager told him (my kind , black female) will not stay at his hotel. I am writing this because NO ONE should be refused service because of their SKIN COLOR... So my rep gets me in to another hotel down the street, and you would know, I told them what happened, and 2 DAYS BEFORE THAT he did it to one of their managers, and she's a BLACK FEMALE... This type of behavior should not be allowed at any HILTON!!!! Let us Boycott this Hotel so that this NEVER happens to another person.
