Very, very bad service, not helpful. Rude and also did not have an AC all night and sweat all night long with my wife and we did not sleep at all.

Since I had to drive from San Antonio to New Orleans and had to stop along the way, I chose Beaumont. The location is very convenient, close to the highway, and it was a good place to stay for one night.
