The staff were very friendly and helpful! Location wise, it is slightly further from the city centre (~30min by bus) which wouldn't be a problem, however, the bus frequency varies and could lead to longer travel times. However, it is closer to Montmorency Falls (~25min by bus) which is great if you set off early, you can beat the crowd. The block we stayed in had a manual lift which required you to press and hold the button for the lift to move - rather interesting experience but would recommend you take the stairs instead if possible! Cleanliness was generally ok but the floor did feel slightly dusty.

Great location, near many restaurants and other places. Also, not too far from Old Quebec. The room was amazing!! I needed two beds and couldn’t believe I actually got privacy between the bed (there’s a wall with tvs on each side of the wall). Definitely recommend!

It’s located in a quiet neighborhood which is about 10 minutes to Quebec old city. The staff were nice. There is a microwave oven in the room and the breakfast was packed in a take away box.

If you're driving to the hotel from the city, be sure to turn right after the traffic light to enter the hotel, otherwise you'll end up going in a long, roundabout way. The hotel is very quiet, the rooms are large and odorless, and the towels and mattresses are very comfortable. For dining, you can walk along the main road in front of the hotel, where there are many options. Overall, it's a good hotel with great value for money.
