We booked this hotel as it was central to Beauvais, and as we were arriving by bike, we didn't want to be on the outskirts. The room we were given was on the fourth floor, so the views from our room (7) gave you an aerial view of the central place of Beauvais and its architecture. Room itself is small, with a small tv which shows the usual channels you'd expect. No extras. Bathroom fittings could have been a little more helpful. You had to hold the shower head when washing as the fitment to hold it was too loose, and for soap, they provided a small soap bar and a some shower gel sachets, which I think was a shame, from an ecological perspective. would have preferred refillable dispenser screwed to the wall. We found the room quiet, no real noise from the streets, and the room was clean. Service was a little hit and miss, they agreed to store our bikes at the back of the restaurant in a side room, which was kind of them. For the price, you'd struggle to find anything better in the centre of the city, but it would be great if the owners re-thought a couple of the elements of their offering, as above. Food and drink-wise, we didn't take the breakfast, so we cannot comment on its quality, but the evening meals offered looked good. We would have eaten there, but had a meeting with friends elsewhere. Would I recommend? Yes, but don't expect the works. It's basic, and good value for money.
