A very exquisite inn with good sanitation and facilities. The owner is very enthusiastic and attentive. You can provide everything you need. The inn is very close to the seaside and can be reached within ten minutes on foot. It is also very close to the street. 入駐體驗挺不錯的，環境很好，出入很方便，離海邊大約200米，房間乾淨整潔，住得很舒服。值得一提的是，老闆一早就免費帶我們去趕海，趕海真的很好玩。大力推薦這家民宿，老闆很好，除房費外，什麼都是免費的。連電動車也免費騎，別家民宿就沒有這麼多免費服務了。

酒店地理位置很好，去各個景點都很近，電瓶車免費給我們用，幾乎可以到達北海市區所有景點，當然幾個出名的景點步行也是可以到達的，出門步行5分鐘就到銀灘了，大廳非常漂亮，聽説是老闆小哥哥自己親手裝修出來的，佈置也非常温馨，房間裝修很有特色，小哥哥會加微信，因為房間沒有電話，不過微信客服很方便，24小時在線，什麼問題都能幫忙解決，我們出去買海鮮，不知道位置，老闆直接發定位，這種溝通方式其實，更符合現在年輕人，還有洗衣房，還有做飯的廚房，調料和米飯都是免費用的，衹是我太懶沒有做飯，找老闆去加工的，價格特別的便宜，廚房對住的比較久的人用處會比較大，還有就是老闆特別的熱情，門口停車位特別多而且有監控特別放心安全，老闆跟我們説了很多北海好吃好玩的，一路提着我們的行李送到房間門口，這種體驗確實挺好，感覺服務也不死板，就是跟朋友一樣的，最關鍵是性價比超級高絕對值得推薦的一家店

前前後後看了好多家民宿最後選了這家，果然沒有選錯，老闆是一個20出頭的東北小帥哥，特別熱情服務態度特別好，門口看到我到了就幫我搬行李，還提前開好空調等我們，最重要的是教我們怎麼買海鮮，還親自帶我們去買海鮮，廚房還免費給我們用，調料和米飯也免費給我們用的，後來我們每天都在店裡吃，買的海鮮也可以給老闆加工。然後就是房間，非常乾淨，周邊很安靜，每天都會按時打掃，離海邊步行也就4分鐘，還把電瓶車免費給我們騎，騎着小電車基本上把北海玩遍了，謝謝老闆，下次一定推薦朋友來這裏。

交通非常便利，離銀灘很近，步行4分鐘就到了。離各個景區都很近。價格也很實惠，性價比高。老闆免費給電瓶車用，出去玩吃飯啥的都很方便。總之很不錯的一家民宿，大廳佈置也很好看，拍照喝奶茶都很方便棒棒噠。還有就是房間，房間特別大，衞生挺乾淨的，房間整體感覺很舒服，老闆服務也很好，也很熱情呢。。退房的時候和老闆説要出去玩 老闆説可以免費給我們延時什麼時候回來了再退房或者還可以在前台免費寄存行李，出去玩不用拖着行李去。真的是很值得推薦的一家民宿哦。。
