The balcony directly faces Golden Beach, and there are two bathrooms. It has two rooms with large beds, and the environment is quiet, perfect for light sleepers. The community is right across the road from the beach, so it's great for those who enjoy foraging or digging for shells. You can cook, and there's a washing machine and refrigerator. It's suitable for both long and short stays. There's an electric scooter rental spot right behind the complex, and shared bikes also have a parking area, making getting around very convenient. I didn't take photos of the room. Not far from the complex is the Golden Beach promenade, and at the end of the promenade is the Ocean Park, perfect for a stroll.

The room was very spacious and clean, beyond my expectations! The mattress was soft, and the facilities were brand new. It felt like spring with a sea view! Standing on the balcony, I had a 180-degree panoramic view of the ocean. Highly recommended!

Perfect sea-view room! The location is superb, right by the beach. The 180° unobstructed sea view offers an incredibly expansive vista. The room is well-equipped, and the soundproofing is excellent, making it exceptionally quiet at night. The service is attentive; they answer every question. The value for money is absolutely fantastic. I've already recommended it to friends who are planning a visit!

Fantastic! The room was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and even came with a bathtub! The owner was also incredibly friendly. The balcony offered beautiful sea views, though it was a shame it was cloudy during my visit. I'm sure it would have been absolutely stunning on a clear, sunny day.

Facilities: The facilities were excellent and fully equipped; we had everything we needed, including a washing machine, and the air conditioning was very powerful. Cleanliness: The place was spotlessly clean and very tidy – excellent. Environment: The environment was superb! With the ocean right outside the window, the view was absolutely stunning and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. Service: The owner was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive.

No complaints whatsoever, apart from the hot weather. The location is fantastic, and the environment is stunning – it truly felt like a scene out of the 'Wizard of Oz'. Jintan Beach is right downstairs, perfect for taking the kids to catch small crabs and collect seashells. However, compared to Yintan Beach, the water quality here is slightly inferior. On the bright side, Jintan offers better value for money, and most importantly, the sunsets here are absolutely breathtaking. The swimming pool downstairs is also excellent – clean and well-maintained. Dining options nearby are plentiful, and if you don't feel like going out, you can easily order food delivery to your room.
